You need to be a Billing Manager to cancel your ProtoShare account. Simply login to your account and in the dashboard, click the Billing Info tab. On the Billing screen, click the link, Cancel Account. You will then have the option of Suspending your account for $5.00 per month and have us store all your current projects, or you can fully Cancel your account.
**We cannot cancel an account based on an email request.
However, if your account is Suspended and you would like to cancel it completely, contact support[at]protoshare.com.
