How do I change the number of user seats?

ProtoShare is currently billed according to the entitlements of your plan Lite, Individual, Team, Network. To switch your plan you must have Billing Manager privileges. Login to your ProtoShare account, click on the Billing Info tab and view the Entitlements box in the middle.
(If you are on an Enterprise plan, please contact your sales rep.)

Legacy customers may either adjust the user count on their current plan or upgrade to a current one.

Increase available users:

• From your account dashboard, click on the Billing Info tab.
• Click Change Plan on the billing screen.
• Ensure that Change additional entitlements is selected and click Next.
• Enter / Change the number of additional seats you want and click Next.
• Verify the new monthly rate and click Submit.

Decrease available users:

• From your account dashboard, click on the People tab.
• Remove unneeded developer and higher users or change them to Reviewers.
• Verify that the number of developer and higher accounts listed is the number of additional seats you want.
• Click Billing Info.
• Click Change Plan on the billing screen.
• Ensure that Change additional entitlements is selected and click Next.
• Enter / Change the number of additional seats you want and click Next.
• Verify the new monthly rate and click Submit.
