cancel account before 30 day term expires

Hello,

Although I like the service I am not ready to start paying for the sevrice and I can't find where to cancel my account. The automatic payment is looming and I would like to get it canceled quickly. Anyone ever do that?

Canceling your account is fairly simple. In your dashboard after you login to ProtoShare, click on the Billing Info tab. From here, You will see a link to Cancel Account under plan details.

You have the option of canceling your account completely or suspending your account for $5 per month if you plan on using it again in the future.

Another thing to note is you will only see the Billing option under Account if your role is Billing Manager. If you are not a Billing Manager, you can look up who is by clicking the People tab on your dashboard and ask them to sign-in and cancel the account.
