Suspend Account

Hi,

I've just finished working on my project prototyped in Protoshare so I want to suspend my account, but...
1. I want Protoshare to keep my current projects.
2. I want to keep my account because someday (next 3-5 months) I will resume my prototyping on new projects.

Is it possible to do this?

Hi Jay,

We do offer the ability to suspend your account and keep your current projects. The suspension is $5 per month. You can return at any time to resume your work, you will just need to send us an e-mail when you are ready.

You can set up the suspension from accessing the Billing Details tab from the Account Dashboard and selecting the Cancel Account link. It will provide you with the option to either cancel or suspend service. Make sure to select suspend.
