UPDATE: Managing Users can now be completed through the People tab from your main account dashboard. You still must have the correct user privilege to edit User roles.

In making sure our posts get answered, please note that the appearance of annotations was updated with version 3.0, released April 1, 2009. The talk bubbles for annotations are now light blue or yellow depending on its active state.
